Women Leading Italy is a leadership experience designed for those who are ready to lead with greater clarity, confidence, and impact. Meaningful opportunities to step away, reflect, learn, and invest in our own growth are rare so we created one that is transformational.

From September 21–27, 2026, 12 women will gather in beautiful Lecce, Italy, for an immersive week of leadership development, personal reflection, and cultural exploration. Together, we'll explore self-awareness through the Integrative Enneagram™, develop the mindset and skills needed for the future of work, and strengthen our ability to lead through uncertainty, influence others, and navigate difficult conversations.

Beyond the learning, you'll build authentic relationships with accomplished women from diverse industries while experiencing the incredible culture, food, history, and lifestyle of Southern Italy. From cooking classes and wine tastings to seaside dinners and meaningful conversations, every aspect of this experience is designed to inspire growth and connection.
