We opened our gym in Edmonton 2018. We have over 12 coaches, a physiotherapy and massage clinic under one roof. Our innovative business model has broken down financial barriers to better health. Our mission at F.R.E.E Fitness is to make fitness accessible to everyone. We do this by creating a safe, inclusive, encouraging environment and pricing our services in a way that is more affordable than the larger, more traditional personal training programs.

Coaches are at the core of our community. Each one has different areas of expertise and approaches, but they all have one thing in common—they genuinely care about all of their clients. Our team of qualified coaches have impacted the lives of over 600 clients through 1-on-1 training and group training, and fitness specialties like boxing, yoga, and kettlebell training.
